        RESUMO

.         Referências históricas de instrumentos de política pública brasileira que incentivaram o emprego de agrotóxicos frente a perspectiva da adoção de mecanismos jurídicos financeiros. Mecanismos estes que, via o controle de poluição, contribuam para um desenvolvimento sustentável.

        ABSTRACT

        Historical references of Brazilian public politics instruments that motivated the pesticide's employment front to the perspective of the adoption of financial juridical mechanisms. Mechanisms these that, by means of the pollution control, contribute to a sustainable development.
