ORDENAMENTO CONSTITUCIONAL BRASILEIRO

        RESUMO

.         As disposições da Constituição Federal Brasileira de 1988 e a influência do princípio do desenvolvimento sustentável, que desta norma fundamental estende-se para todo o ordenamento jurídico e similitudes com outros textos constitucionais do Mercosul, união decorrente do Tratado de Assunção de 1991.

        ABSTRACT

        The dispositions of the Constitution Federal Brazilian of 1988 and the influence of the principle of the sustainable development, that of this fundamental norm extends for the whole juridical system. The similitude with other constitutional texts of Mercosur, union due to the Agreement of Assumption of 1991.
